Atiye Asan Therapy.

Compassionate, client-led counselling to support you through life’s challenges.

I offer compassionate, client-led integrative counselling in a safe, confidential space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll explore life’s challenges, deepen self-awareness, and support meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

Supporting you.

Compassionate Therapy

Compassion is at the heart of the way I work. I believe that healing begins when you feel genuinely heard, accepted and understood. My client-led approach offers a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

Together, we will work collaboratively to understand your experiences, build on your strengths and help you navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, self-compassion and resilience.

Neurodivergence

I provide a neurodivergent-affirming approach for adults with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and other forms of neurodivergence.

Therapy is adapted to your individual needs, recognising your unique strengths and experiences rather than trying to change who you are.

Together, we can explore challenges such as anxiety, overwhelm, relationships, masking, self-esteem and emotional wellbeing in a safe, accepting and collaborative space.

Women’s Wellbeing

I have a particular interest in supporting women through life’s transitions, including identity, postnatal depression, perimenopause and menopause.

Life’s transitions can bring significant changes to how we see ourselves. Whether you’re navigating changing roles, caring responsibilities, perimenopause or menopause, you may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, uncertain or disconnected from who you are.

Together, we can explore the emotional, physical and psychological changes these experiences can bring, helping you reconnect with your identity, understand your experiences, and move forward with greater confidence, balance and self-compassion.

Emotional Wellbeing

There are times when life can feel overwhelming, leaving you struggling with anxiety, low mood, hopelessness or difficult thoughts. Whatever you’re experiencing, you don’t have to face it alone.

I offer a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where we can explore what you’re going through together. At your own pace, we’ll work towards understanding your experiences, strengthening your resilience, and finding a way forward that feels right for you.

Working together.
